Targeted digital marketing for law firms.
Legal marketing isn’t about volume. Better Cases optimizes digital marketing to deliver quality leads, cut wasted spend, and give your team back time.
Prioritizing value over volume.
Attorney marketing shouldn’t bury your firm in worthless leads. Better Cases works with small and mid-sized firms to trade volume for value, directing resources to the audiences most likely to become rewarding clients and giving attorneys the bandwidth they need to focus on high-impact cases.
Less is More for SSD Firm
Better Cases doesn’t believe more is always better. Low-quality leads don’t result in more cases; they just take up a legal team’s time, reducing administrative staff’s capacity and limiting the time attorneys have to spend on real casework.
Generating cases for injury & disability law firms.
Every piece of your digital strategy is designed to reach clients who fit your firm, giving you more time for work that matters.

Frequently Asked Questions
We’ve gathered answers to a few questions firms often have about working with Better Cases and what it’s like to get started.
Will I really get fewer leads?
If you are currently prioritizing volume in your marketing, then yes, and that’s intentional. Having a lot of leads doesn’t matter if none move forward. We direct efforts and spend toward leads more likely to fit your firm and become cases.

What types of law firms do you work with?
We specialize in digital marketing for personal injury, workers’ compensation, and SSDI firms.
Do you work with my competitors?
We limit how many firms we work with in a given market to no more than two per practice area. Depending on your overall investment, exclusivity may be available in some cases. Our goal is to avoid saturation that could drive up costs or reduce effectiveness, and we prioritize what’s best for our existing partner firms.
Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
No. We don’t use long-term contracts. Most firms start with a 90-day evaluation period with monthly advertising retainers starting at $500. We have recommendations on the minimum time we should invest in a campaign, but you aren’t contractually bound to any of our services.
What size firms do you work with?
We primarily work with small to midsize firms. If you’re not sure if you’re a fit, just reach out.
How does pricing work?
Every firm’s mix of personal injury, disability, and workers’ compensation cases is different, so we build each engagement around your goals, markets, and capacity. We’ll talk budget early in the process, share clear options before you commit, and keep all costs transparent. No surprise add-ons. No long-term contracts.
