See what it’s like to work with Better Cases.
Here you’ll find simple, helpful answers about how we work, what to expect as a client, and how our approach supports your firm from the start.
Will I really get fewer leads?
If you are currently prioritizing volume in your marketing, then yes, and that’s intentional. Having a lot of leads doesn’t matter if none move forward. We direct efforts and spend toward leads more likely to fit your firm and become cases.

What types of law firms do you work with?
We specialize in digital marketing for small to mid-sized personal injury, workers’ compensation, and SSDI firms.
Do I keep ownership of everything you create?
Yes. You own your website, hosting account, content, and all other deliverables.
Does Better Cases specialize in law firm marketing?
Yes. We’ve worked with some of our clients for 20+ years and even transitioned them from traditional to digital marketing.
Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
No. We don’t use long-term contracts. Most firms start with a 90-day evaluation period with monthly advertising retainers starting at $500. We have recommendations on the minimum time we should invest in a campaign, but you aren’t contractually bound to any of our services.
How does pricing work?
Every firm’s mix of personal injury, disability, and workers’ compensation cases is different, so we build each engagement around your goals, markets, and capacity. We’ll talk budget early in the process, share clear options before you commit, and keep all costs transparent. No surprise add-ons. No long-term contracts.
Do you offer individual services, or do you bundle your offerings?
We offer both. You can work with us on a single service, like SEO, content, or advertising, or combine multiple for a more integrated approach. The structure is flexible based on what makes the most sense for your firm.
Do you work with my competitors?
We limit how many firms we work with in a given market to no more than two per practice area. Depending on your overall investment, exclusivity may be available in some cases. Our goal is to avoid saturation that could drive up costs or reduce effectiveness, and we prioritize what’s best for our existing partner firms.
How long will it be before we see results?
Results vary based on your firm’s goals, market, and level of investment. Because no two strategies are the same, we tailor our recommendations to what’s most realistic and effective for you. We’re happy to discuss typical timelines and recommended commitments based on your specific situation.
How do we know it is working?
We don’t just send traffic reports. We track how prospective clients move from first impression to signed cases and optimize our campaigns along the way. You’ll receive detailed monthly reports, and we’ll review this data with you regularly and adjust campaigns so you see the impact on actual cases, not just clicks.
What reporting can I expect on a regular basis?
You’ll receive monthly reports that show how your marketing efforts are performing, including website activity, ad performance, and total lead volume.
Why is digital marketing important for lawyers?
Most people start their legal search online. Digital marketing helps your firm appear in the right searches, build credibility, and connect with people actively looking for legal help. Without it, you risk losing cases to firms that show up first.
How do you protect client data and privacy?
All analytics accounts are fully owned by our clients; Better Cases doesn’t retain access or control. We follow the privacy standards set by the platforms we work with and never request personal client data. For intake comparison, we ask only for a unique lead ID, ensuring no identifiable information is ever shared.
How much time will I/my team need to dedicate?
We handle the heavy lifting and keep asks from your team minimal. We’ll check in when needed, especially during onboarding and content review, but our goal is to save you time, not take more of it.
Have a question we didn’t cover?
We’ll clarify anything that’s missing, talk through your goals, and help you decide what makes the most sense for your firm.
